A spaceship navigates the Earth as a ship once crossed the seas, buoyed not by water but by the faint currents of low Earth orbit. Its destination in sight it casts its sail - an anchor, if you prefer. The atmosphere takes hold.
Gradually, the ship is dragged into the thickening air, descending into the abyss so that space may be cleared for what comes next.

By wrapping the spaceship's tin-can-like drag-sail container in a tuna-can wrapper, I invoke a shared maritime and orbital praxis. At the same time, the gesture folds into another register: mass production and orbital overpopulation echoing the visual language of pop-art, where the everyday satellite becomes both icon and critique.
