Curation
Curation is approached as a practice that can operate outside the boundaries of Earth, developing orbital exhibitions shaped by the conditions of spaceflight itself. Cultural leadership through ITACCUS positions art as an essential component of our expanding presence in space, helping to build the critical frameworks and shared language needed for a future where culture exists beyond the planet.

Orbital exhibitions
Arno Geens develops curatorial projects that take place entirely in orbit, treating space itself as an exhibition context rather than a metaphor. Working with mission partners, he has co-created group projects in which artworks are placed outside the Earth’s atmosphere and allowed to be shaped by the conditions of spaceflight. These orbital exhibitions operate through mission timelines, environmental exposure and material transformation, redefining how artworks can be displayed, experienced and understood beyond terrestrial viewing systems.
